“This is the best shake by far. I add ice and water just blend it into a smoothie. I love how filling it is, also adding a half of piece of fresh fruit is amazing. I work outside this time of year in 118 degree plus weather in the desert and this is my lunch and keeps me going all day.”

“Using as lunch. Add cinnamon, ginger, and half of a banana for added favor and to eliminate power taste. Not impressed with first taste, but have adjusted with additives and holds me for about four hours until dinner. Would recommend and have.”

“Too soon to say. Have been comparing a few different protein mixes for nutrition, taste, mix ability, cost, convenience, etc. Have found that although the nutrition of this shake is above average, I need to add cocoa powder to make the chocolate taste better. Would consider trying the vanilla mix.”
