“Great taste and easy to make. One meal at breakfast. Love it, but too sweet . Why not use use Monk fruit instead of STEVIA, which some health nutritionist say has ill affects.”

“I have been replacing my noon meal for a few months now. I feel great since I am getting more nutrients than my ordinary meals provide. I am a 73 year old cancer patient. I add banana, mixed frozen fruit, cinnamon Ceylon powder and cranberry extract for a very delicious shake. Blended of course. Very happy!”
