“Very convenient and easy, making it with water is what you would expect. Ice in a shake was the way to go and if you wanted that extra flavor drop in a banana or scoop of peanut butter.”

“I am very pleased that I came across this brand of protein powders. I have used both the Recovery and Essential formulas in chocolate. They taste the same to me and taste great. I am having trouble deciding which one to use as one has more protein, which I prefer, but the other is intended to be more of a meal replacement which is what I seek. I add lots of veggies, fruits, green powder and seeds, but still want a base that covers most of my daily meal needs. Additionally, most protein powders make me feel nauseated and these do not. Finally. Give LyfeFuel a try!! You will love it too. Do something good for yourself that also tastes great.”

“I've tried many different brands at all price points. This is one of the best at a reasonable price. Flavor is good. Not chalky or gritty. Mixes well with a shaker cup and water.”
