“I like what’s in it, and also what isn’t (like sugar). It was hard to find I shake that fit for me. That’s the good part. Also, the taste is palatable, better than any other shake. The flavors are limited, but I’m glad I like the chocolate. I haven’t used it long enough to notice if it will help me keep my weight down.”

“I add extra chocolate and maple syrup. Is there green leafy substances equivalent to collards or such, even cooked spinach in processing? I ask as my insides get tight.”

“I add it to two other shake mixes that contain fiber. It adds a great taste to my shake. It would be great if you could add fiber to the shake mix.”

“I have been using the shake as a meal replacement for lunch. It's only been a few weeks but one thing that stands out the most since I started taking the shake is my improved focus. It also helps keep me full during the work day and I find myself having less cravings. Chocolate is pretty good even when mixed with just water, even better with almond milk.”
