“I generally like the shake, though if I just use water alone, it has too much of a "chalky" texture for me. I mix it with "oat milk" and some sort of fruit (usually frozen blueberries).”

“Has so many good nutrients and macros for low calories. Taste is pretty good. A bit gritty though. Overall a very good shake and would recommend.”

The powder mixes best using a shaker bottle or blender. For a thicker shake with a more robust flavor profile, we suggest using a milk substitute such as unsweetened almond or coconut milk, but feel free to get as creative as you’d like. “I love the Chocolate Essential Shake.... it tastes like "real" Chocolate and doesn't have an artificially sweet taste! I actually have learned to crave it... :)) It is similar to drinking a chocolate milkshake without all the junk in it... and which actually has healthy benefits to us all!!!”
