“Definitely satisfies hunger, tastes okay, can be gritty but gets better the longer you let it sit, so if I shake it with water and ice and let it chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes, it’s usually good to go.”

“I haven't tried other shakes so my opinion lacks depth. Having said that, I do like the chocolate shake although could stand to have more chocolate taste.”

“First the taste is great. No chalkiness. No after taste. Most import is a don't ever feel sick or bloated like I do with some shakes. I take this stuff about a half hour before my morning workout and it seems to give me energy.”

“I like it, but it doesn't result in a voluminous shake as some other shakes do. Even with the addition of ice and water, the end result is less than typical of other shakes.”
