“As a Crossfit athlete I have tried many different protein options, from plant based to animal based. I started taking the Essentials Shake every morning almost 2 months ago and have noticed a significant change in my energy. Lyfefuel's plant based protein gives me a sense of fullness without the bloated side effects as well as giving me the sense of ease knowing I am giving my body exactly what I needs to stay nourished and thrive. Lyfefuel will remain a part of my daily routine as long as their products stay in production!”
