“it's WAY sweet, I am not a sweet tooth and don't care for Stevia so I wish it was less sweet but good otherwise!”

Hey Esther, we'd love to know more about how you mixed the shake and help you find a recipe that works for your desired taste. Also, we're currently working to remove stevia from all our formulations.

“Over the years I tried everything to wake up in the morning and start the day ahead in the best way possible. I’ve been waking up at 6am since 2018, had been meditating every morning and evening since 2017, doing yoga since 2019, and since one month I have been waking up at 4.30am. Despite all of that, some mornings I just woke up feeling groggy - I tried intermittent fasting, drinking just coffee, adding nuts or MCT oil to coffee, eggs, oatmeal, sardines, navy beans. I tried all of them, but then I found the Essential Shake, and my mornings have changed ever since. Not only does it make you feel full, but it contains all the minerals, vitamins, and even leafy greens you need - I’m still confused, because I can’t really say how they're able to do that. On top of that, I don’t waste 20 minutes every morning having breakfast, it gives me energy, and the taste is amazing - it feels like drinking a chocolate milkshake, without the cons. If you’re looking to step up your mornings with a tasty, easy-to-shake product to feel full, have more energy, and simply not wasting any more time for your breakfast, then this product is the key - it’s just a no-brainer at this price.”

“It tastes okay, not wonderful but not bad. My issues is the mixture never really fully mixes. I’ve tried to blend it, I’ve tried to add banana or strawberry, and give it a good ole shake. Not completely sold on this product. Looking forward to trying other recipes to try and make it a bit more stimulating. Not sure I feel full afterward with just mixing with water. Will continue my efforts.”
