“This SSD has transformed my MacBook Pro mid 2012 running Mojave from a lurching beast to a thing of elegance and beauty. It runs so fast the MBP feels like a totally new machine. I bought an OWC external case as well so I was able to do the transfer of data to the new SSD. I already had the relevant tools to do the job, but you need to make sure you order them if you don’t. Installation was a piece of cake. Transfer went well and then clunk - the SSD would not boot the Mac. Did the Google thing and tried the remedies, but none worked so I contacted MacFixit with my tale of woe and without blinking an eye they said they would replace it. The replacement process was smooth and in a short while I had a new SSD in the MBP, and this one worked!!!! The service I got from MacFixit was excellent and I recommend them very highly.”
