“These were delicious! We made them for Christmas Eve. The meat was tender and flavorful, along with the duxelles. As we like our meat rare, I took the Beef Wellingtons out after 22 minutes. I let them rest, and right before serving them, I put them under a very hot broiler for a minute or 2, to brown the puff pastry.”

We weren't trying to impress our friends but with these beef wellington's they were highly impressed and everyone enjoyed their dinner.
