“Excellent choice for Thanksgiving! Followed recipe, except I used an herb & salt seasoning, mixing it in the olive oil (cooking olive oil) and brushed it all over the crown. The stuffing was a little dry but with a gravy it was great. Definitely will purchase another time.”
