“This roast was beautifully prepared and delicious. The standing ribs were lean but moist and the meat near the bone very flavorful. The stuffing accompaniment was the the best I have ever eaten. Tender and buttery yet crispy on the exterior. We cooked the roast and had Christmas dinner for three, promptly sliced the remainder into helpings of 2 chops each and froze 5 meals with stuffing. Will definitely purchase again and again.”
“East to prepare and definitely impressive. Followed instructions exactly and meat was delicious - one person told me it was the best pork she'd ever had. Didn't give 5 stars due to the stuffing - it needs work - rather tasteless - I added chicken stock prior to putting in oven (as suggested in another review) but it did not help. All in all, I'd order again for a special occasion.”
