“We ordered your crown roast for a holiday gathering. The order process was a 5*, the packing and delivery a 5*, the directions and condition of the roast 5*, We followed the directions to a T. And the roast completed its cooking in perfect timing... The dressing was backed ahead of time and served as a side. My husband carved the Roast and it was beautiful on the plate.. We just found the roast and dressing to be very very bland and tasteless. Thank you though it was fun.”

“What a great choice this was for our Christmas dinner..so beautiful, very little fat, moist and enough for our 12 guests. The stuffing was very good..I added chicken broth to keep it more moist and it was just the right touch.”
