“I have been buying these pork shanks for years. We have always rated them 5 stars. However, I am disappointed in how small they have become, the increase in gristle and fat, and the major decrease in mushrooms. The last 2 orders we noticed this issue. At this point we will be using up the 2 boxes we have but doubt we will be reordering them again. The cost is not equal to the quality.”
