“Having used another brand with plastic guides which were useless for the spaniels and then Westies that I have shared my life with, I hoped that the metal comb guides would be better. I have a very woolly rescue cockapoo. The clippers with metal guides mean I have actually given her a respectable cut. Previously my dogs had to endure lumpy buzz cuts. These clippers are really really excellent. She has a sleek 10mm cut to keep her warm and legs on 3mm so less drying needed. The metal comb guides are really worth it and worked way beyond expectations which is why I have done a review. I don't usually take time to do this but this product deserves it!”
