“I have been trying to clip my dogs' hair myself for a while. The other clipper that I have always got stuck, the plastic guard kept getting entangled in the hair. So, I called and asked these guys a couple of questions about their ex-demos and received good advice. Clippers arrived the next day, they are like new, already charged, I clipped one of the dogs and for the first time the dog looks good. This is another level of clipper compared to cheaper models, and they really work well.”

“The customer service was so helpful and due to her advice and support I decided they were the right clippers to go for. She assured me I would get a full refund if any problems. These are a considered purchase so needed to be right. They arrived the next day and I did my first cut on George my cavapoo the day after, they were brilliant. So pleased. They cut through his curly hair with ease and made light work of it. The cordless aspect was a godsend as I did it in the garden and was easy. I feel confident that my cutting skills will improve with time and ultimately will save us a lot of grooming fees. Thank you Masterclip. I highly recommend your company.”
