“I sent my clippers to be serviced on a Wednesday and I received notification that they had been sent back to me by Friday! It was bank holiday so they didn’t actually arrive until Tuesday however that was super fast in my opinion. The lady who answered my phone call was friendly and knowledgeable and the form was really easy to fill in. All round a really positive experience. Thank you.”
