“Excellent customer service. Was unsure whether to get the trimmers or slightly more expensive clippers was assured that if they were too noisy they would exchange and refund the difference. Advisor knew what she was talking about and was very helpful. Arrrived the next day in the morning, charged the batteries and used them in the afternoon. Best clippers we have ever used on our miniature Schnauzer who is usually very nervous when clipped!! Took half the time to do and most of it done without any fuss, they cut brilliantly. Thank you for the excellent service.”

“Had my last set of clippers, Andis, for the last 7 years. Getting a new puppy so thought I would get some new clippers, cordless this time Wow! These clippers are amazing. My two older dogs seem to like the reduced vibration compared to my old clippers and they trim so much better. I can clip 2 Miniature Schnauzers with one charge and when dog number 3 arrives the second battery pack will come in handy. Easy to handle and light, I just love them. Customer service also outstanding.”
