“Extremely sturdy, amazingly comfortable hat. But the icing on top is the customer service. About four months into wearing mine I had an issue with the strap on my hat. Rather than jumping through a bunch of hoops, I sent them a picture of the issue and sent me out a replacement.”

I was suspicious of the price, up until I had an REI Credit fall into my lap, and bringing the cost within my risk tolerance.
Would I pay $80 for one again..? No, but they are very nicely made and the presentation impressive. What leaves me with any bad taste in my mouth is it’s Made in China, and that just doesn’t settle very well with me these days!
I want to see Made in USA for my full endorsement.”
