“As you can see by the attached photos, the battery fits the box fine as long as you are not attaching the charging cable. Since the power source is on the side of the battery when you plug in the attached connected plug in the box and try to insert back in the box it comes undone. The cable is getting damaged. Poor design”
“Good safety item, since the battery is kept in the house. Solid, well made. Works perfectly. Can also be used to when traveling to the course with the battery in it for safety in the car.”
“Unfortunately, the box is too small for the battery when its hooked up to the charging cord inside. Just a bad design by the R&D guys. I've already contacted customer service on it. The box needs to be larger inside diameter.”
“The box is a great idea, however the batter for the AI500 doesn’t fit well into the box with the battery plugged in . The box is just not big enough to accommodate that battery type. The plug cord needs to be severely bent to make it fit into the box. Please advise on how this can be resolved.”
