“We bought our Mito Red 750 after months of contemplation, and we are happy we did. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and my husband with Psoriasis. Weve been using the unit about 4-5 days/week for a solid month moving it up and down the wall, and changing sitting positions to hit specific areas of our bodies for 10 minutes per position. It is hard to say how the light is effecting the Psoriasis, but my husband reports that he is not as itchy as he was previously, and that alone is wonderful! “Easy to install and complimentary to my sauna room as an added anti-aging tool. The two Mito units were easy to put together and sync. We took a little extra time to create a spa effect in the same room where my sauna is. We anchored a sturdy shelf into the wall and replaced the hooks with one that holds the unit with more than 50lb strength. The decorative shelf holds our glasses and makes everything easy access. I haven't had the Mito units long enough to 100% confirm a noticeable difference yet, but I believe in the technology and have used red-light therapy at an anti-aging skin treatment center, after every facial and as part of their routine for healing. “I have been using The Mito 300 Pro for about 5 weeks now! I use it for pain relief of my knees and hips! I have Very severe Osteoporosis and Suspecting Osteoarthritis as well! “After spending countless hours researching PBM on PubMed, I decided to incorporate it into my skincare routine. I decided on a panel as opposed to a mask based on the research. Overwhelmingly, the majority of the research has been done using panels. I then had to choose a panel. It honestly came down to the specs. The Mito Pro offered the wavelengths I wanted and the power.
