“I bought this to help my aching calf muscles but I do not notice much of an improvement thus far. If its purpose is to heal, I don't think it does that. It may seem to work to provide some temporary relief like a pain killer, but I just maybe need to give it more time. Also, despite there being a few books written on the topic of red light therapy and studies supporting it, I find it odd that the only people touting its benefits online are those who are either promoting or selling the product. Perhaps it's because its a new technology, but it is not encouraging at this point. I guess my expectations or hopes may have been a little to high, or I have a condition that doesn't respond to red light therapy very well.”
