“Find response time to have been better than expected when testing system and a couple of time when accidently hitting the button. On a side note, disappointed with the website. Was pretty useless to me and find that your customer service has to make changes to things, such as responders. A feature that someone told me that turned out to not be true was that if the button necklace had not been moved in 24 hours that a text would be sent to the responders. However, if that technology exists, that would be a great way to ensure that the wearer is actually using it.”

“We purchased this system for my 94 year old father and my 91 year old step mother. Within days of getting the system installed my daddy fell and the system worked just like it is supposed to. He has fallen again since then and once again it worked as it was supposed to. We are very pleased with the system and glad we chose this system.”
