“Mom has accidentally pressed her button twice. The response was very quick. I had an issue with a non-functional lock box for the door. Donna in Customer Service was helpful, professional, and had a new box on it's way to me right away!”

“After calling other companies I decided that MobileHelp was the one I both needed and wanted. It was affordable and the customer and tech help departments were there to walk me through setting me up and testing to make certain it worked. Fortunately I haven’t had to call on their services yet but I feel safe knowing they are there.”
