“For now I’m going to assume it’s “ very good “. We’ve not had the system long, but just the fact that it’s there and Mom can access help so easily is a relief. We all try to take turns checking on her during the day but some days we lose track of who’s home and available. I like there being a backup.”

“Although my 92 year old Dad has not had to press the button on his wrist band and we have not had the opportunity to interact with MobileHelp for an emergency, I cannot say how pleased I have been with the easy set up and customer service offered by MobileHelp. At this time I would highly rate this alert system.”

“Mobil Help is excellent ! they are fast to get you everything you need, and easy to set up , 1.2.3. your done. My mom needed a system set up right away she needed to be able to call for help with no effort on her part she has a watch to go around her wrist the system sits right nest to where she sits and sleeps she has an alert button in the bathroom in case of emergency and a necklace that if she falls she can hit the button or the necklace can tell when a fall happens and alerts emergency unit it can hear her from where ever she is in the house. I dont worry like I use to. Before the unit was put in My mom fell in the bathroom the firemen had to break down the door to get to her , now I have a lock box for all medical alerted people to get in. Its that easy and that safe. I would not be wilth out it again. Its price is within reason and I know my mom is safe now .”
