“So far, I am still in a quandry. The lock box on the door is very much appreciated, so that emergency help could enter the house, if necessary. I tried wearing the necklace, but the first time, it went off when I bent over in folding sheets! Had to hustle to cancel the call. The bracelet is uncomfortable, but I keep it next to the bed within easy reach. It will take some time to get used to the MobileHelp and it may come in very handy in the future”

“Four stars is the highest rating anyone gets from me. All experience with MobileHelp so far has been positive. The greatest weakness I've noted is the written description. For example, in the base station guide, there is no mention of the reset button - yet it is nearly as large as the emergency button, I have no doubt that MobileHelp will explain the button when asked, but you will have to ask.”
