“Although there are more than a few providers in the market (with much of the equipment looking identical to yours, probably because you wholesale to other providers), your caring and superb customer service and responsiveness certainly sets you apart. Best of the best! Quite satisfied.”

“I'm thankful to have this wonderful (life-saving product), I fall a lot and need help to get up. (I currently live alone.) Since I have MobileHelp, I feel more confident about my stability. In fact, I was able to put my holiday cards away using a step stool. This is just one of their benefits. For example, in winter I am unable to walk or go to my aerobics class. I certainly highly recommend this product. It has literally become "my friend"!”

“So far have been happy with the people I have spoke with when calling and when doing a test to make sure the device was working. The real test will come if my mother ever needs to use the device for an emergency.”

“Since I have not needed the emergency alert so far, I cannot rate the efficiency of the system. I will say the salesman was very nice and the equipment arrived promptly. Is it safe to assume the necklace and wrist band are ready to go and does not need testing? I have tested the monitor.”
