“Every one I talked with was very helpful and made the process very easy to follow. The equipment came quickly and was easy to set up with the instructions provided. When I called for additional help, every question was answered very clearly and fully. The agent on the phone who lives in Florida is one of the most patient and friendly people I have ever dealt with. The price seems very fair and worth it. The test of the equipment went very well.”

“It is a nice setup. Thankful I have not had to use it. Very pricey I think. It seems to me that seniors should get a break on merchandis such as this. Not sure I can pay that much every three months”

“We ordered this for my mother. Their customer service is outstanding. They are patient and understanding whenever you ask a question or when my mother has hit the alarm by accident a couple of times. Their costs are reasonable and I like the fact that you do not have sign a lengthy contract.”

“I highly recommended this company! The customer service is awesome, i switched my mom from a different company and sooo glad I did: You get the necklace and bracelet. The best feature is if my mom falls and can’t press the button it automatically sends an alert. It also sends text messages to all of the emergency contacts that you put on file. Can’t say enough good things about the company!”
