“They talked me through the choices with no pressure and made helpful suggestions when we were trying to find the right plan for our parent. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, our father had already taken a turn for the worse and no longer needed the unit. The company was so gracious and offered condolences and told us how to return the unit.”
