“This system has worked well and was easy to set up. No landline necessary. Test every week and it has worked every time. On that note, I wish it would connect to Mobile Help sooner. Takes 4 to 5 announcements to answer. Other than that works great.”

“I had been wanting to set my mother up with a medical alert system for some time. When I was researching different options and calling each one to get information, I was very pleased with Donna's service and genuine nature. She was so knowledgeable and compassionate that I felt really relieved after speaking with her even though I hadn't fully made the decision to go with MobileHelp yet. I was not as financially prepared to begin the service at that time and a few months had gone by before I was finally ready and I called and asked for Donna whom I was transferred to. She was as wonderful as I had remembered and we picked up right where we left off. The next week, my mom was all set up with her medical alert system and we both immediately felt safer. I'm truly grateful for people like Donna in this world and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to interact with her.”

“I and my mother are very pleased, as I live in another state and she lives with my sister who works all day it has given us peace of mind and allowed her to be at home. The only bad thing I can say is that the connection time from the time you push the button and get an operator is about 55 seconds which can seem like an eternity when you need help but after a lot research I have found that this is about average no matter which company you go with.”

“I’m caretaker for my 94 year old mom and without MobileHelp I would not be able to leave the house because I would worry something would happen to her. With MobileHelp I can leave for a few hours and know she’s safe.”
