“From the first call made to inquiry about the MobileHelp system for my mother, my experience has been very positive. I made the order and opted for regular delivery which came in just three days. The setup was easy. My mother has since entered a nursing home and is no longer in need of the system. Since it is within 30 days of purchase, we are able to return and get a full refund, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend MobileHelp to others.”

“Although we have not yet had occasion to utilize the emergency system, I was extremely impressed with the high quality customer service we received while getting my mother's alert system set up. Every time I called for any type of support, the people I spoke with were efficient, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I spoke to several companies before deciding on MobileHelp, and the high quality customer service is what sold me on this company.”
