“I requested mobile help gadget for my elderly father. The Sales Rep. was very courteous and explained to me with patience the options we have regarding alert devices and the associated cost. He was not pushy. The alert device arrived on time and the set up instructions was idiot-proof. I even tested it twice, Each time the customer service personnel responded within 2 to 5 minutes. I hope we do not have to use it. But it provides a peace of mind knowing that we will be notified quickly should an emergency occur.”

“Although they were very nice on the phone when I explained why my mother needed their service, they told me all I needed was an internet connection, which I have. When we tried to set it up it did not work. I called them and was told they use the AT&T network, we only have Verizon in our area. If they had told me that when I ordered, I would never have ordered the service. Complete waste of time and I had to spend $13.69 to send it back, so waste of time, effort and money. Can not speak about the service as we did not get any.”

“I visited with Barry. He was very cordial and informative with my questions and I made the switch from Guardian to MobileHelp with a substantial savings. I only have one question. My system is home only. Is there a perimeter outside my front door in which it will work? Or only inside? Please respond.”
