“Getting older is not what I thought. Being wheelchair bound is just awful, I live alone and had a few falls, I thougt it best to have mobilhelp available to me. I accidentally pushed my "fall button " and I had an operator on line within 10 seconds. I love the idea that the response was so quick. Thank you. I never thought I would be needlng your service. I don't want to think where I would be without MobilHelp.”

“The response was almost immediate, although it was an accident that triggered the alarm. Had no idea I had accidentally bumped the alarm button until I got your telephone call. Had to quickly call 9-1-1 to cancel emergency action. If I had a suggestion, it would be to ask why I don't get an alarm or signal at my end, when an alarm is accidentally triggered, so I can call it off immediately.”

“The support I've received was very good. I ordered the kit for my elderly father and it came quickly. The day after I activated it, my dad had fallen and activated the bracelet. They immediately called 911 for him. Then they called me. All within a minute or two. He was taken to the hospital to be checked. Great service. Worth every penny!”

“I requested the assistance device for my mother in law. She is 95 years old. She has accidentally set it off twice and both times she has received a call. She answered the call and verified she was ok. I think that has given her comfort to know the buttons work in case she really does need it.”
