“Customer Service was very good. Tech was very helpful when I had a problem with the fall detection device. It did not detect a fall and it was due to a faulty device. It did not detect his next fall either but I was there so I was able to call an ambulance. Tech helped me to determine the devise was working properly. My husband is ill and will be in Rehab for a month or so but I will be keeping the devices because I will be here alone and it makes me feel better to have a way to get quick help.”

“We've only had MobileHelp for a month or so, but so far we are pleased with your service! The ordering over the phone was easy and your CSR was very nice! We enjoyed his humor!
