“To make a long story short I fell down last 2 stairs hit a chair and landed on floor. Reached for my cell and remembered it was in kitchen. I crawled 2 rooms and struggled to get up. Walked to kitchen contacted my neighbor. She was at my house and I had given her the numbers to get in.she was concerned how I looked. I wouldn't let her call for help. Well my paraplegic husband said u need something and my 2 sister said get what Mom had an alert. Well by afternoon I had Mobilehelp. They were fabulous and sent me everything I asked for. Since then been off balance at times but feel safer with it. Then one day putting dishes away under cabinet and stood up I hear someone talking. I went in other room and it was mobile alert. It had gone off. They figured I came up fast and it set it off. They suggested I shorten the lanyard. It has been fine since. Before they hung up they double checked if we were all safe in house and needed no help. They are wonderful. I would tell any older or young that have trouble falling get this one. I even have one for traveling. By the way I broke 7 ribs in that fall and hurt for 6 weeks.”

“Have not had to use system yet. Set-up was fairly easy, but did require some help from family. Instructions are very basic and very good. Hopefull will never have to call. Customer service has been very good.”
