“MobileHelp is the only product I've found that provides at least 2 alert mechanisms so if one is charging, my mother still has several ways to get help by using the MobileHelp necklace, the portable mobile device, the wrist band, the main base station, or the wall button! She can talk directly to the Help Center through the mobile device or main base. She also has fall protection along with GPS location if she is out of the house on walks or shopping. Additionally, the lockbox provided will give EMS the code to get the key to her home to help rescue her if she cannot answer the door. Other systems only offer 1 alert mechanism and if its charging, it's useless to your loved one as they will be unprotected until its recharged. MobileHelp is the BEST program on the market to keep my Mother safe! Thank you!”
