“I did substantial research on the best home emergency alert system for my older friend. I looked at six different systems and talked to rep's from most of them (some multiple times) along with website searches to make comparisons. List was narrowed down to two, doing more research and calls, ultimately deciding upon MobileHelp. I found the rep that assisted with the order to be quite helpful with suggestions and knowledgeable. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome!”

“I'm glad I have this protection. It gives me peace of mind. It's like having another person beside me. According to a survey by Consumer Report "MobileHelp was one of the most prone to accidental activations". I experienced this a couple of times but it did not bother me. It was taken care of expeditiously by the operators. Consumer Report gave a very high reader score for this product.”
