“Just received our system three weeks ago. Very easy to set it up, as well as run a test on it. We received two wrist buttons, and found out that we should have ordered a neck pendant in place of one of the wrist buttons. When I called, they were happy to send the pendant at no additional charge. I found that the staff there is very friendly and will bend over backwards if needed to make sure you are happy. Glad to recommend MobileHelp.”
