“When my husband died I knew I needed help. I found that out, sadly, when I fell in my garage. MobileHelp's fall button worked and the emergency firemen were here within five minutes. Fortunately, I was not hurt. My family and I are thankful I purchased your system.”

“We are new customers to mobileHelp and purchased it for our very mobile Mom. She's always on the go but lives alone now and we worry about her being alone. She's 89 but still drives great, but lives in rural 'deer' country so we worry if she would accidentally hit a deer. So far she has accidentally tripped the fall detection pendant twice and we have been extremely pleased with the speed of response - now she knows how to cancel it though. Everyone that we have talked with from initial sales to the people who have called to make sure she is okay, to the very nice young man who called the other night just to run through a test with her to make sure that he could see everything working as it should on his end if she were to push one of the buttons. So far I can't say enough about the system she has - We are very impressed and have recommended to others already. Her piece of mind that she has someone that can get her help quickly if need be, plus the piece of mind that we, her children have is so worth it. She also loves the small size of the pendants and the fact that she can put her own chain on the one she wears when out and about. GPS mobile is amazing as well. Now when she is away from home and we need to reach her, we know where she is!”
