“I am a strong. healthy 82 year old lady who fell when our cat unexpectedly ran between my legs. I was not injured, thankfully, because I was alone in my backyard at the time. My family immediately told me to get some sort of emergency call system. I called 5 different businesses which were posted on my computer. The person I spoke with at MobileHelp was polite, informative, calm, and answered all of my questions in a professional way. I felt that he cared about me personally.”
