“I purchased this because I am elderly and live alone. It provides a great deal of security, just in case. It was simple to set up, and I like wearing the wrist alarm because it is easy and comfortable. I prefer it to the neck alert because for me it is easier to wear and doesn't choke me when I sleep. I never wear things around my neck at night. Everyone has been very helpful and I recommend this company to anyone looking for assistance to stay in the home.”

“Thankfully, I have not had to use the system. The only item that I am having trouble with is the wristband. I have arthritis and cannot adjust the band to stay on my wrist. It would be more helpful if the band were expandable. Thank you for being available to help me.”

“My mom recently signed on for the fall detection system. I have had to speak to agents at MobileHelp a few times. Every single agent I have spoken to has been nice, friendly, professional and very helpful. Every time I speak to one of them I am amazed at how wonderful they are.
