“I am so very pleased to have Mobile Help in my life. For the past couple of years, I've been very frightened about falling. I've noticed as I age that my balance is beginning to fail. Even in my own home, I've been afraid of falling. MobileHelp took that fear completely away. I had the good sense to purchase MobileHelp products and now feel comfortable moving around in my home as well as outside, and my family feels so much more comfortable knowing that, should MobileHelp need to contact paramedics due to a fall, that they will be contacted.”

“I called because of my own mistake of inserting my receiver incorrectly into its cradle. I caught it myself just as we started to talk. She assured me I wasn’t the first. She also gave me all kinds of extra suggestions such as testing the equipment every month, the range of the receiver for my own house, and the invitation to call back if I had any other questions. I really appreciated the help.”
