“I purchased the most Premium system. As it has the ability to detect a fall, it also frequently goes off when I jump into the pool. I wish there was an easy way to test my necklace, two bracelets and the home units. The anticipated cost increase in year two will be substantive without the discount and I will probably look for new provider.”

“I live alone since my spouse died last February. MobileHelp provides me with a security that if I need assistance for any reason such as falling and not able to get up I will get it. I like the GPS addition that provides me the same security as the home system no matter where I am. I hope that I will never have to use the system, but I am very grateful to have it.”

“I was very happy to receive the complete Mobile Duo System on time as promised when I ordered it. The setup instructions provided made it so easy to set up and activate, even for a non-techie like me. Fortunately, I haven't had to use the pendant yet but wearing it around my neck and having the GPS tracker with me when I leave the house gives me a feeling of security and that someone else is watching out for me since I'm a widow and live alone, with no immediate family nearby.”

“I have had my system for a little over a month now and am very pleased with the help I have received from customer service to set it up and for a couple of minor issues I had.
