“I haven't had to use MobileHelp yet. Since I live alone, I now have the peace of mind knowing that somebody is there to help -- no matter where I am. Once I got my system, I had questions. The people I talked to were very helpful and helped me test my complete system.”

“My father is a WWII vet and recently turned 95. He is still very active even though he is loosing his sight to macular degeneration. MobileHelp has given him a sense of security he was loosing. Our family are getting better sleep at night feeling secure in his safety and allowing him to continue to live by himself in his home of 60 years. Thank you MobileHelp and bless you.”

“I have accidentally set off my alarm twice. While the alarm scared me, the people who answered my calls were extremely helpful in helping me reset my alarm and none judgemental. One tip. Be sure to take the To Go button with you when you go to the bathroom unless you can yell loud enough to answer their call.”

“I love the Mobile Help. Especially the gps mobile unit. Give my family peace of mind when I'm away from home. My only concern is with the fall unit. Several times it activated while I was sleeping. Now I leave it on the dresser overnight so the call center and I don't have to deal with a false alert.”
