“Their customer service is amazing - everyone I've talked to is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Gave it 4 stars only because I think it needs to be made very clear that the fall detection is a different system at an extra cost. It may be a necessity for some folks but it needs to be clear that it is totally separate system”

“It's a good safety system. The response time is fast. The fall detection pendant is a little too sensitive. It can go off as you are changing clothing. I ordered it because I was alone when my new hip replacement dislocated and after calling the 911 (using my CPI security panic button) I couldn't get to the door to let the paramedics in. This couldn't have happened if I had had the lock box I have now with Mobile Help.”

“MobileHelp was easy to order and the price is very compatible. It does not require a long term contract like some other equipment, but I paid for a year to get a discount. Luckily, I did not have to use it yet except to test it. Therefore, I'm not able to give it the best rating.”

“so far I think the system is fine for potential problems. The equipment seems a bit cumbersome, I suppose one gets used to that. I feel comfortable knowing that it is there.”
