“The problem i have is with your devices. The main device has very bright lights that can't be kept in a bedroom. They light up the entire room. Th smaller device which is where I charge my gps unit is kept in my bedroom in the event i have an incident during the night fl;ashes lights constantly. Do you have a solution to these problems?”

“We just recently received the MobileHelp fall detection system. It was amazingly easy to set up at home and we also got the additional part with the GPS and remote functions. The staff have been very helpful so far and patient with us on one false alarm. I would recommend this system!”

“Your pendant is very sensitive and had produced 4 false positives. and even when I held the button down to cancel, I came upstairs to get phone call from the fire department wanting to know if I was all right. You had apparently called them. I don't want to be the woman who cried "wolf."”
