“Haven't had it very long. And thankful we haven't had to use it as of yet. However, the employees, from sales to the tech dept that helps you set it up and does the testing are phenomenal. The Tech Dept took numerous calls from me because I'm not very educated on technology, and never once did they get upset, rude or discourteous. They took every call and question with professionalism and very courteous.”

“I recently purchased MobileHelp for my Mom 1 month later my sister had to call for help, If I hadn't done purchased it I don't even want to think what may have happened. My Mom is doing much better Thank God and Thank Mobile Help”

“Unlike my previous service, MobileHelp does not require a land line and protects me if emergencies occur away from home. Because of poor balance, I especially welcome the optional fall button. When I accidentally pressed the button, response was immediate, and the representative was understanding and helpful.”

“Fortunately we have not had to use MobileHelp since starting our service. But, when my husband accidentally pushed the button during a medical procedure, their response was quick. I was texted and then called. When informed that the alarm was set accidentally they were just as quick to reverse. I have no doubt when an emergency arises, their response will be immediate.”

“I've only had my Duo system for a month, and have happily not had to use it, but I've already recommended it to friends because of the thoroughness of the system. From the mobile GPS unit that comes with a sturdy case with two methods of attachment to a belt or pocket and cute reminder tag (to take it with you) to hang by the door, to the large wall button which I've placed by my bathtub, to the wrist button, and of course, to the pendant, MobileHelp has thought of almost everything. The only thing missing is a slim pill box type holder to carry one's pendant in a pocket. I've made my own because wearing a swinging pendant annoys me (and the wrist unit is too big for constant use), and I'm available to design one for the company if they're interested. LOL Tonight, I tested my system for the first time, and found it very convenient and simple, although while my base unit was saying that my mobile button failed and I should contact customer support, the mike on the GPS unit simultaneously spoke as it tested itself and ultimately announced that it passed, which is a tad concerning. Another feature I like is the base unit announcing "Power not detected" whenever the unit is unplugged or there's a power outage, and "Power detected" upon the return of current. This was helpful for me when the top-heavy plug got dislodged from my curved surge protection console on the floor. I wouldn't have known that my pendant and wall button had been rendered useless until hours later when, after dark, I would've noticed that the bright lights of the base were out. Thus, so far, I'm very pleased with my MobileHelp Duo system and will continue to recommend it to others.”
