“I would really like it if cord on the fob worn around the neck could be replaced with a gold or silver chain, The big black globs (can't figure out what they do) don't fit at the back, but at the side of the neck and are quite unattractive.”

“I got this for my father who is 83 years old. He lives alone now since my mom died in Nov suddenly. This system gives the family peace of mind. We chose the necklace because if he falls it will send and alert without him pushing a button. Our fear was him falling and not being able to get help. It has gone off twice by accident (something he did)but was easy to cancel the alert before the ambulance dispatched. It works well for us and my dad can keep his independence this way. Great product.”
