“My calls for clarification were kindly handled and gave me the info I wanted. AND when I had the mobile unit (Not in the case) in my pants pocket and accidentally pushed it during Bible Class at church, the response was immediate. Fortunately, ny daughter was able to assure the firemen who arrived that I was fine before the whole class became aware of their presence. Thank you for saving me from major embarrassment! We know now that it really does bring prompt help. Hooray!”
