“I have a duo system with a fall protection button. The button has detected a fall when I have not fallen and did NOT report a fall when I did have a fall. I have changed to using the mobile monitor and the fall button only at night while sleeping. I don't understand why fall protection and mobile monitor are not one one button/appliance. Having said all this, the people monitoring the system have been very nice and professional.”

“I've only been a member for a short time (< 1 month) I have had 4 incidents where the fall detection went off. All 4 cases were accidents and I'm not really sure what happened to set it off. It did however give me a demonstration of how the response works in real time. 2 of them I was able to stop before the call went out, the other 2 I spoke to a person (very nice, helpful). I am very afraid of falling (most of us old folks are), but this may be a little too sensitive. All in all, I'm quite satisfied with MobileHelp and it gives me peace of mind to know I can get help if I need it.”

“i HAVE ONLY HAD MY MOBILEHELP A FEW WEEKS, BUT I TAKE MY MOBILE DEVICE EVERY TIME THAT I LEAVE THE HOUSE - ALSO EITHER WEAR MY FALL PENDANT OR WRIST BUTTON. THAT GIVES ME SO MUCH SECURITY AS I AM A WIDOW LIVING ALONE.”
